The listeners of 94.7 The Wave were in for a special treat this morning, as comedian Shawn Wayans joined morning show host Pat Prescott because he is performing tonight at the Comedy and Magic Club in Hermosa Beach, CA.
As you may or may not know, Wayans has been traveling around the country with his brother Marlon Wayans as you would expect, working his craft.
While he was on the show earlier today though, he revealed to Prescott that he is in the process of preparing to film his new comedy special AND he is also writing a new film and possible show with his older brother Keenen Ivory Wayans!
With tonight’s comedy performance, Shawn is working out new material for his special which will be taped sometime early next year.
