Posted Aug 17, 2010

We just learned that Queen Latifah is producing a new comedy TV show titled Single Ladies, and the show is set to star THREE high profile African American actresses who are steadily picking up some heat in their respective careers; LisaRaye, Stacey Dash and Lauren London.

We also have learned that Single Ladies may land on TBS along the very powerful lineup of Are We There Yet?, Meet The Browns and Tyler Perry’s House Of Payne. No official word yet has been released on this yet, but our sources said that the show has a very strong likelihood of landing on this network.

That’s not it for the Queen; we hear she is also filming Ice Age 4: Continental Drift and the comedy titled The Dilemma with Channing Tatum, Jennifer Connelly, Winona Rider, Vince Vaughn and Kevin James.

We also just discovered that Lauren London is making it happen also as she just landed a role in ‘Tyler Perry’s Madea’s Big Happy Family. London will join cast members Bow Wow, Loretta Devine, Old Spice pitchman Isaiah Mustafa, and Rodney Perry in the drama/comedy.

LisaRaye will be seen in her very popular TV ONE reality series titled LisaRaye: The Real McCoy and in the upcoming film titled Video Girl with Meagan Good and Ruby Dee.

Finally, it looks like Stacey Dash career is getting hot again; she will be seen in the upcoming films House Arrest in the lead role with The Game, the film Dysfunctional Friends with Wesley Jonathan and Terrell Owens, and finally the comedy film Close Quarters with Aida Turturro.
