Chris Brown And Nicki Minaj To Tour Together This Fall!
A day after the news broke that Nicki Minaj has parted company with her longtime managers, sources close to the situation confirm that she will tour this fall with Chris Brown. This week the pair released a collaborative single with G-Eazy called “Wobble Up.”
While no itinerary was immediately available and it was unclear whether the two will be co-headliners on the tour, the Prudential Center in New Jersey has a Sept. 13 date advertised with Brown as the top-billed artist and Minaj featured; dates for that show go on sale April 26th.
The two have worked and performed together multiple times in the past: he appeared on her 2012 song “Right by My Side,” she jumped on his 2013 song “Love More,” and they guested together on songs by DJ Khaled and Meek Mill.
Minaj’s most recent live appearance was a guest spot during Ariana Grande’s headlining Coachella set on Sunday night, which was plagued with sound problems. It is unclear whether Minaj will appear with Grande again this Sunday during Coachella’s second weekend. Minaj’s headlining North American tour in support of her “Queen” album was postponed last August due to production issues.
A rep for Minaj did not immediately grant a request for comment.
The veteran rapper is frequently surrounded by drama, but last year saw an unusual amount even by her standards. While her “Queen“ album, released in August of 2018, was a success, a planned co-headlining North American tour with Future was postponed in August due to production issues and was bumped to this year; several dates on the European leg of the tour earlier this year were also postponed. Rescheduled dates have not been announced for the North American tour.

Tiffany Haddish, Ali Wong Bring In First Trailer For Netflix Animated Series ‘Tuca & Bertie’
Last March, it was reported that Netflix was in development on Tuca & Bertie, an animated series starring comedians Tiffany Haddish and Ali Wong.
Netflix released the first trailer for the upcoming animated series. Per usual, the clip comes equipped with a heavy dose of humor. Created by BoJack Horseman creator Lisa Hanawalt, the series revolves around Tuca (Tiffany Haddish) and Bertie (Ali Wong), an eclectic duo of 30-something bird-women who live in the same apartment. While Haddish’s Tuca is a free-spirited toucan with a taste for adventure, Wong’s Bertie is a neurotic songbird who has a habit of daydreaming.
In the trailer, the contrast is evident in scenes where Tuca laments that Bertie doesn’t want to have fun adventures anymore. The contrast is further evident when Bertie learns Tuca owns a pet jaguar.
Aside from Haddish and Wong, Tuca & Bertie will also feature voice-over work from Steven Yeun, Nicole Byer and Tessa Thompson.
Tuca&Bertie premieres on Netflix May 3.

DL Hughley: As a Youth, I (Sadly) Wanted to Be Like the Man Who Shot Nipsey
In this clip, DL Hughley shares his thoughts on the loss of Nipsey Hussle, speaking to his unmatched potential by stating that “it’s not what he was but what he could’ve been.” From there, he talks about how street gangs live next to each other like Israel and Palestine, all the while fighting over corners that they don’t actually own.
Elsewhere, he mentions how he used to not care about death unless it occurred in his neighborhood, with the thought in mind that just surviving through a day was an accomplishment. Additionally, he also mentions there was a time where he would’ve wanted to be like Nipsey’s killer, a mindset that he’s ashamed of as a grown man.

Jamie Foxx hosted the launch of Grey Goose’s Happy Hour at the Edition Hotel in Times Square on Tuesday where he served as bartender.
Guests were totally surprised to see the Oscar Winner behind the bar serving up drinks. The event was a part of his longstanding partnership with Grey Goose to promote the brand’s new “Live Victoriously platform” that encourages people to let loose and live in the moment.

During the event, he also announced his upcoming “Kill The Comedian” comedy tour to the party crowd. His return to the stage after 16 years was inspired by a conversation at Eddie Murphy’s house.
Foxx recalled having a conversation with a group of top comedians at Murphy’s house and that after that conversation with Murphy, Chris Rock, Dave Chappelle, and Jimmy Kimmel, he was “itching to get back out on the road.”
“I look to Rock to see what his take is on things. I look to Chappelle. I look to George Lopez, D.L. Hughley, all my guys. So I feel like I got a fresh take and a funny take,” Foxx added.

Leslie Jones Returns To Break Down ‘Game of Thrones’ In ‘Game of Jones’ With Seth Meyers
Lloyd Bishop/NBC
Leslie Jones and Seth Meyers
Comedian and self-proclaimed Game of Thrones fanatic Leslie Jones returned to Late Night with Seth Meyers once again Thursday night to break down the latest episode of the long-running HBO series.
Watching the Sunday premiere of the final season, Jones walked the late-night host through the plot and entanglements of the characters. After Meyers was quick to point out that the opening credits were different, Jones expressed how proud she was of the late-night host for being so attentive. “You’ve noticed! You’ve kept up with it,” she told him.
After Meyers insisted that they would watch even if the opening credits were never changed, Jones seemed to think otherwise. “They did have to change it because they knew that I was going to get that ass. Whatever ass not doing whatever they’re supposed to be doing,” she quipped. She also admitted that she never thought she act “so nerdy” over a show before.
When Maisie Williams’ Arya Stark appeared onscreen for the first time, Jones immediately erupted into cheers: “Love her and she looks stronger than ever!” Jones then proceeded to give her best Stark face.
Despite attempting to explain how Emilia Clarke’s Daenerys Targaryen and Kit Harrington’s Jon Snow are related, Meyers remained confused and a note on the screen advised that Jones’ explanation was incorrect as she rambled.
After Jones spent time screaming and cheering when Targaryen looks at her dragon, Meyers revealed to Jones that he would be fearful if she ever owned her own dragon. “There’s no one I’d rather have a dragon than you but I also would not trust you with one,” he said to which Jones agreed. “You better never trust me with a dragon. They shoot fire and fly? That means I’m doing drivebys every weekend!”
While watching the episode, Meyers asked Jones for her thoughts on the buzz that the premiere episode was “boring.” “Blasphemy,” she screamed. “Anybody said that you start unfollowing me right now because you obviously don’t watch GOT and you don’t know this is a transition episode.”
Jones then asked Meyers if he had “levitated” yet. When he said he hadn’t, Jones took him out of the room for 10 minutes. Returning with a confused look on his face, Meyers quipped that levitating was “something you have to go to Massachusetts or Colorado to do legally.”
Before the episode ended, Meyers asked Jones what she would do once the show concludes, to which she gave the late-night host a surprising answer.
“I’m going to make my own Game of Thrones,” she said, also explaining that she would play “all” of the characters.
