George Wallace To Host Comedy Dynamics’ New Series Original Series, ‘Coming To The Stage’!

Posted Mar 15, 2017

Comedy Dynamics announced today that due to the success of the last season of its original series Coming To The Stage, the show has been renewed for a sixth and seventh season and will be hosted by George Wallace.

Coming To The Stage, currently airing its forth season with a fifth season to premiere in July, features up-and-coming comedians, giving them a chance to literally “come to the stage” and showcase their stand-up in front of a live audience and then air on Hulu, Roku and many more digital platforms. The forth and fifth seasons were hosted by comedian Andy Kindler, and featured special appearances from Doug Stanhope, Todd Bridges, and Nick Cannon with the misadventures of the seven-foot-tall microphone, Mr. Microphone.

“Just like Donald Trump, I’m going to make this show great again. We’re going to have some fun. Nothing but laughter,” said George Wallace.

Past comedians featured on Coming To The Stage have launched successful careers in comedy. Most recently, season two alum JR De Guzman was the winner of the 13th annual Standup NBC, and landed a holding deal with NBCUniversal. Rell Battle, a comedian featured on season one, stars in the new CBS series Superior Donuts.

“I’m just happy to report that Mr. Microphone will be back for 12 more interstitials, somewhat due to popular demand,” said Brian Volk-Weiss, CEO of The Nacelle Company.

Comedy Dynamics is the largest independent stand-up comedy production and distribution company, producing Kevin Hart’s Guide to Black History for History, Animal Planet’s Animal Nation with Anthony Anderson, the new scripted comedy on Seeso, There’s … Johnny, History’s Join Or Die with Craig Ferguson, MTV2’s Wild ‘N On Tour, Hulu’s Coming To The Stage, and MTV’s Spooning with…Zac Efron. The company has worked with a wide-range of established and emerging comedic talent including Kevin Hart, Louis C.K., Aziz Ansari, Jim Gaffigan, Katt Williams and many more. Comedy Dynamics is available on most streaming platforms including: Hulu, Roku, iOS, Amazon, and Android. Comedy Dynamics has been named the TMT Media Awards’ Best Stand-Up Comedy Production & Distribution Company for two years running.
