Word just got to us that the new film Django Unchained is scheduled to unveil at the Cannes Film Festival tomorrow! In case you missed all of our previous posts the film, from Quentin Tarantino stars Jamie Foxx who plays the film’s title character, a freed slave seeking to reunite with his wife Broomhilda (Kerry Washington).
As we have stated, the film will see him team up with Dr. King Schultz (Christoph Waltz), a German bounty hunter, to take down Calvin Candie (Leonardo DiCaprio), an evil plantation owner.
Now we have heard that the word circulating around the festival is that the footage would be screened, but for whom was unclear. We even heard that the film will only screen about 10-12 minutes, but that is entirely unconfirmed at this point.
