Derek Luke has landed a role opposite Thandie Newton and Cole Hauser on the third season of DirecTV’s suspense drama series Rogue. He’ll play Marlon Dinard, the leader of the 13th Street Kings, a powerful street gang.
Shooting on Season 3 begins next week in Toronto. Luke, repped by ICM Partners, Greenlight Management and Ziffren Brittenham, will be seen on Fox’s Empire in an upcoming 5-episode arc. On the film side, he’s featured opposite Ryan Reynolds in Tarsem Singh’s Self/Less,set for release this July.
