According to our sources, we have just discovered the news that comedian Chris Rock is in the final stages to host the Oscars.
We hear that Rock is one of two possible candidate but it seems that the producers are moving forward with Rock. Not sure if the other person being talked about was Kevin Hart, but one source told us it was but we have been unable to confirm.
As you may recall, Rock last hosted the 77th Oscars way back in 2005.
The 88th Oscars will be held on Feb. 28.
