Comedy fans who want to see some of the greats all in one location are in luck.
The Black and Brown Comedy Get Down takes over the stage at Amalie Arena Jan. 23. With six major comedians on the ticket, the show is being billed as “one historic night of comedy.” The Get Down features Cedric The Entertainer, Mike Epps, Eddie Griffin, D.L. Hughley, George Lopez and Charlie Murphy all in a single show.
Tickets for the 8 p.m. performance go on sale Dec. 5 at 10 a.m. at the McDonald’s Ticket Office at the arena. Ticketmaster.com will also have seats available. Tickets range in price from $46.50 to $62.50. A limited number of VIP tickets are also being offered for $246.75. For those who want advanced parking, passes will be available through Ticketmaster.com and the arena’s box office.
