This morning we were sent a trailer for a brand new comedy web series from the folks over at the brand new Alright TV YouTube channel. If you are not familiar with them, you will be real soon as they are backed by industry vets Robert Johnson (yes, the same person who launched BET) and Tracey E. Edmonds. The channel is a a faith family-friendly channel that is looking to bring more content to the African American audience than what is currently being seen on television.
The channel is set to debut this Easter Sunday.
Anyway, one of the new web series that we will be looking forward to is the new series titled Walk This Way, which stars actor Michael K. Williams (of HBO’s Boardwalk Empire & The Wire fame) as a pastor who counsels his parishioners with their problems. So far in the trailer you will see many cameos from actors such as Tamala Jones and Malcolm Jamal Walker just to name a few.
