Dixon and his crew are about tape a second show after their first show that was at the Flappers Comedy Club in Burbank was a hugely successful hit. The show was bigger than anticipated by the shows producers and was at capacity, so because of this the show, which is a monthly live event had to be moved to the new comedy club in Universal, The Jon Lovitz Comedy Club.
The show, produced by Miguel A Nunez Jr., Bernard Dixon, Charles Gooch, and Lupe De Los Angeles, written by Buddy Lewis, Candice Thompson, Rich Aronovitch, RT Steckel and more looks to be ramping up for a comedy tour and a possible television special. No word officially yet, but we did hear that there are plans to move in that direction.
The great thing about this new teen comedy venture is that they are creating comedy history and Hollywood is taking notice. With this next live event, our sources told us that Hollywood will be out in force to check out the sketches as they don’t want to miss out like they did years ago when Nick Cannon and Brandon T. Jackson toured the country with a Teen Comedy Tour.
