After yesterdays Television Critics Association’s news from several networks such as HBO and NBC, it was revealed that NBC has more plans for Marlon Wayans since his game show I Can Do That which was also on the network.
According to reports, Wayans is hard at work producing the NBC pilot titled Marlon which is based on the comedy that centers on an inappropriate but loving father committed to successfully co-parenting with his polar opposite ex-wife. The new comedy will also dive into some of his experiences as a comic who is a rising star and the troubles that comes with it and raising a family.
Marlon will be produced by Universal Television, 3 Arts and Wayans Brothers Entertainment, Chris Moynihan will write the script and exec produce alongside Rick Alvarez and Michael Rotenberg.
