Last weekend at The Merge Summit, actor Denzel Washington made a surprise guest appearance to speak to hundreds of patrons who waiting patiently to hear him speak. The panel was host by former Casting Director Robi Reed (who is now an executive at Black Entertainment Television) and lasted for almost an hour and a half.
Washington spoke a lot about acting, but more importantly, he spoke on his trials and tribulations on Hollywood and his faith in God. Here is a very brief clip of his speech, and it should give you an idea of what the conversation was about.
