Sharon Leal & Omari Hardwick Join Psychological Suspense Thriller, 'The Last Letter'!

We just discovered some news that actors Sharon Leal (of Dreamgirls, Why Did I Get Married, Boston Public fame) and Omari Hardwick (of The A-Team, Kick-Ass, The Guardian fame) have just joined other actors Richard T. Jones, Lynn Whitfield, Tatyana Ali, and Gary Dourdan for the psychological suspense thriller titled The Last Letter currently filming in Los Angeles, CA.

Los Angeles, California, June 2012 – Sharon Leal, the elegant and striking actress known for films such as, Dream Girls, Why Did I Get Married, Why Did I Get Married Too and the ground breaking small screen drama, Boston Public stars with the handsome, talented and well sought after actor, Omari Hardwick known from the films The A-Team, Kick Ass, and the highly anticipated upcoming re-make, Sparkle, in the psychological suspense thriller, The Last Letter, currently shooting in the greater Los Angeles metropolitan area.
The Last Letter tells the intriguing tale of Cathrine and Michael Wright who are lovers in the purest sense, although Cathrine harbors a dark secret born of her ominous past. She suffers from a debilitating sleep disorder that blurs the line between her dream world and the real world. Michael carrying the weight of the real world is forced to find a way to reach his wife and help protect her from herself and their child. During one of Cathrine’s most severe episodes she unconsciously smothers her child and spirals to a point of no return.
Leal and Hardwick are joined by powerful and well-known cast-mates, Richard T. Jones (Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, Why Did I Get Married, Why Did I Get Married Too, Collateral), Tatyana Ali (Love That Girl, Kiss The Girls, Fresh Prince of Bel-Aire), Lynn Whitfield (Stepmom, The Josephine Baker Story, Eve’s Bayou) and Gary Dourdan (Alien: Resurrection, Perfect Stranger , CSI: Crime Scene Investigation) for this twisting and compelling drama not common to a predominately African-American cast.

Hannah and Ewing’s highly successful feature film, The Marriage Chronicles is currently airing on BET.
