Stephen King’s It is back.The first footage of the film from Mama director Andy Muschietti proves people with a phobia of clowns may have legitimate reasons for it.

The film stars Bill Skarsgard stars as the demonic clown Pennywise. The kids he terrorizes are played by Jaeden Lieberher, Finn Wolfhard, Jack Dylan Grazer, Wyatt Oleff, Chosen Jacobs and Jeremy Ray Taylor.

New Line is releasing It Sept. 8.
