This is for the best comedic performance that you have seen in the past year by an UNKNOWN comedian (that is a person that is new to the stage). We are looking for TOMORROW’S new STAR!
The BEST Female of the YEAR!
Simply put, this is for the BEST female that you have seen on the stage this year.
