According to The Hollywood Reporter’s exclusive story that they reported today, it seems that Martin Lawrence is making his way back to television. As you already know, we reported that strong possibility months ago.
Anyway, his show took a step in the right direction as television producers/writers Bob Boyett and Robert Horn are aboard writing and executive producing. They are credited with the hits like Family Matters, Perfect Strangers, Full House, Living Single and Designing Women.
We reported that actor Kelsey Grammer has joined Lawrence, and reports are the show is set to up and can be compared to an up to date version of the Odd Couple (an ABC show that starred two men from completely different walks of life trying to cope in a small Manhattan apartment.)
Now we are awaiting word on the shoot date.
