Actor and comedian Bill Bellamy, who is a very familiar face on the comedy scene since his first appearance on the first season of HBO’s Def Comedy Jam, seems to be preparing to be extremely over-worked- again. Remember the days when he was all over television as a host on MTV and showing up in a sorts of comedy films like How To Be A Player, Love Jones and The Brothers? Well, it seems that Bellamy is about to do a full court press again as he is about to kick off THREE specials for broadcast television!
We hear the specials are titled Stand Up For Family, the Ladies Night Out Tour and Crazy, Sexy, Dirty (we think they will all be on Showtime but we need to check that) and we should expect to see them all shortly. This is sure to remind us that Bellamy never left the comedy scene, and that his plans to move forward with How To Be A Player are sure to move forward.
