We just discovered that BET Networks has announced it plans to expand its relationship with Salim and Mara Brock Akil, the current executive producers of the network’s hottest comedy The Game.
BET Networks signed the husband and wife team to a multi-year deal where the pair via Akil Productions, will develop new shows for BET Networks. The Game’s recent premiere delivered 7.7 million total viewers.
